Other amenities can vary depending on your preferences. For instance, you need to see if the home is kid-friendly, pet-friendly, smoking or non-smoking and if it comes with a washer and dryer.

Some people want garden patios, a master bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the ocean, a hot tub with a window for ocean views, and air-conditioning.
